Skywave Global Travels & Tours Booking and Travel Policy

1. Booking Conditions

By making a booking with Skywave Global Travel & Tours, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein. If you have any questions or concerns regarding these conditions, please contact us for clarification before proceeding with your booking.

2. Booking Confirmation

Your booking with Skywave Global Travel & Tours is confirmed once you have completed the required payment as specified by our representatives. Please review the details provided in your confirmation invoice to ensure accuracy. Any discrepancies should be reported to us immediately.

3. Payment

Payment for your booking can be made via bank transfer, or Western Union. Skywave Global Travel & Tours is not liable for any cancellation fees or charges resulting from unauthorized payment methods.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 60 days or more before the reservation date incur no charges.
• Cancellations made 14 days or less before the reservation date will be charged the full reservation amount.

5. Responsibilities of the Traveller

As a traveler booking with Skywave Global Travel & Tours, you are responsible for the following:

• Ensuring that your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond the end of your holiday.
• Obtaining all necessary visas and relevant documentation prior to departure, including compliance with Sri Lanka’s Electronic Visa Authorization (ETA) regulations.
• Procuring adequate travel insurance coverage prior to your trip. Skywave Global Travel & Tours strongly advises all travellers to obtain comprehensive travel insurance.
• Conducting yourself in a manner that does not cause distress or annoyance to others, or pose a risk of danger or damage to property. Skywave Global Travel & Tours reserves the right to refuse service or participation in excursions based on traveler behavior.

6. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to ensure the accuracy of the information provided on our website and in our promotional materials, circumstances may change after publication. Skywave Global Travel & Tours will inform you of any known changes that may affect your accommodation or travel arrangements.

7. Excursions

Skywave Global Travel & Tours reserves the right to deny participation in provided excursions if, in the reasonable opinion of our staff or excursion providers, a traveler is unsuitable or under the influence of drugs or alcohol. In such cases, the sole remedy against Skywave Global Travel & Tours will be a refund of the excursion cost.
